14‑day money‑back guarantee

We offer a 14‑day money‑back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no hard feelings and no hoops to jump through.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders on this site. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email address you paid with, or contact our support team via patrickvdv.co.za/links and we'll help you through it.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5–10 business days for the money to appear back in your account.

What's covered

• One‑off digital purchases, including pay‑what‑you‑want support payments and content unlocks.

What's not covered

• Requests made more than 14 days after the order date.
• Abuse of the guarantee — for example repeatedly refunding the same purchase to get free content.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please talk to us first. We can almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback, and chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in access to purchased content being suspended.
